The 2nd Annual Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic Scholarship
Dr. Michael Estramonte of Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic has been providing great care to his patients for many years. He has also been giving back to the Charlotte community through his support of charitable and other causes in areas surrounding his three clinics. This passion for serving others has led him to create the “Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic Scholarship” to encourage local students to further their education.
Who Can Apply?
Students eligible for this scholarship must be graduating high school seniors or juniors who reside in/near the Charlotte community. Applicants must intend to continue their education at a college, university or trade school.
How to Apply?
1. Complete an application detailing basic personal information.
2. Read the book “Richest Man in Babylon” by George Clason and submit a typed, 12 point font, double spaced essay in MLA format of at least 1000 words, but no more than 1500 words, on the potential impact this information could have on your personal financial philosophy. If emailing, please submit your essay as a Word document or a PDF document.
Each entry must include the completed application (with signatures) and the essay, submitted at the same time.
Entries must be received no later than May 25th, 2017
