Dr. James Arnold

Dr. James Arnold was born and raised in Conover, NC. Growing up with two brothers, Dr. James was always very active in sports like football and baseball, and his parents had him regularly see a chiropractor to keep him conditioned and pain free. After a car accident left him with several injuries, chiropractic treatment played an even more significant role in his life and ultimately helped him return to the field completely healed. This experience piqued his interest in chiropractic and ultimately changed his life.

After graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and shadowing several physical therapists and chiropractors (including his brother Dr. Jeremy Arnold), James went on to Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. Upon graduation in 2020, Dr. James joined the Keith Clinic team, where he continues using his love of movement as medicine to treat a wide range of injuries and conditions.

Dr. James loves a good round of golf or getting up to the mountains every chance he gets, and spending time with his daughter. He’s an avid gamer who enjoys watching new movies or shows with his wife. Family is everything to Dr. James and he loves using his sense of humor to lighten any mood.
